Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
  • The product must be in original condition without stains, perfume smell, damage, or alterations.
  • Returns are applicable only for Top, Short Kurti, Co-ord Set, and Dresses purchased through our official sales channels.

Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cases are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during final sale or clearance offers (if marked non-returnable).
  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Requests raised after the return window has expired.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Send a return request with your Order ID, product details, and reason for return to customer support.
  2. Once approved, return pickup instructions will be shared.
  3. The product must be packed securely for reverse pickup.

Return approval is subject to quality inspection after the product reaches our warehouse.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or damaged/incorrect items (subject to availability).
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

After verification, replacement or refund will be arranged.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and standard return policy will apply.

8. Shipping Charges

  • Reverse pickup may be free or chargeable depending on location and reason for return.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

9. Refund Processing Time

  • Inspection: 2–3 business days after receiving the product.
  • Refund initiation: 5–7 business days.
  • Bank processing time may vary depending on payment provider.
